Design a Penguin Outfit
Start with Pebble’s classic black back and flippers, then leave his belly white. His beak and feet can be bright orange or golden yellow. Now make the scarf the star of the page! Choose red and green stripes, rainbow bands, or a blue scarf with white snowflake shapes. Use pale blue for icy ground and add darker blue shadows near his feet. A few light gray mountains in the background would make a frosty scene.

Penguins are birds, but they cannot fly through the air like most birds. Instead, their flippers help them zoom through water. Their feathers overlap tightly and help keep water away from their skin.
